The host console, the guest portal, and the compliance report: who was notified, who consented, what was captured, what was destroyed. In this product, clarity is a security feature and taste is a procurement advantage.

What you will do

Own the web product end to end: React and TypeScript in front, Python services behind.

Design consent and control flows for the person with the least power in the room: the guest, the dial-in caller, the patient.

Ship weekly into live pilots and sit in the customer calls where your work is judged.

Build the compliance-report export that becomes the sales leave-behind.

What great looks like

You have taken a v1 from empty repo to first paying pilot, and you can explain a design tradeoff to a general counsel without a translator.

TypeScript, React, Python, product instinct, and writing that reads like you respect the reader.

Compensation

Cash is deliberately founder-grade; the equity is the point, and it is real. You will work directly with the founding technical leadership, in the codebase, from week one.
